Amelia explores the complexities of her adulthood as the voice-over narrative of her younger self overlaps her understanding of relationships as a young adult. 

Directors Note: My present-day understanding of womanhood and physicality has grown complex and confusing. Yet, it grew alongside the natural change from childhood into young adulthood. This film parallels the two. I hope this film reminds you that your 8-year-old self is looking up at you.
